Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
My fiend is a convicted sex offender in Georgia. He was never classifed as a level offender. Is there a way to get classified?

What is a level offender? All sex offenders are treated the same. The 15 year old that pleads to statutory rape of another 15 year old is treated the same on teh sex offender registry as a 28 year odl man that has raped three little girls. There are no levels on the registry.
