Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
How can I find forms to expunge my son's felony, convicted in NJ? Also, would a petition be requested in GA or NJ? He served time in NJ. We live in GA. He has completed all incarceration time and fees. And it has been 4 years since he was released with no problems. Thank you.

One, you are asking Georgia lawyers about NJ law and procedures. Two, such important legal matters are not left to fill-in-the-blank forms you simply fill in with a little information. Three, felony convictions are rarely expunged and it takes a lot more than doing the time and waiting 4 years. Contact NJ criminal lawyers.
