Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
finding out
My husband was arrested in 1996 and gave false nameat time of arrest, he failed to go to probation and in 2004 was arrested for no license but fingerprints show that he had the previous name from 1996 how can we clear this out?

It can never be changed. Every time someone uses an alias, his criminal history for life will contain all his aliases, all his birthdays and all his social security numbers.
