Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia

I just finished a major theft by recieving case in which the police seized between 500-1000 pieces of property from my business during a search warrant subsequent obtained after my arrest on the initial theft by recieving charge.3 months later 4 warrant was obtained on four more additional theft by recieving charges.so the first charge was completed on jan-4-10 with a 12 months suspended sentence,my second set of charges was completed on june-21-10 with a concurrent 12 months suspended sentence with the earlier jan-4 suspended sentence.the prosecutor stated there will be no more charges from the search warrant so i want to know how to get all the remaining property back? how long do i have wait to get it back?will i need a lawyer and how much will it cost?lawyers please respond with the strategy on getting my property back,a time frame and a price for the service.
