Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
Follow up on the question Is taboo cyber texting/IM legal? I was told I left 3 things out so here they are... 1. We were talking about doing S&M things to another person, bizarre things. 2. both people chatting were over 18. 3. the person we were chatting about doing things to was also over 18.
Keep in mind this is just fantasy not anything that was acted upon or would ever be acted upon.
