Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
can i be forced to take a polygraph test? i am a substitute teacher and am considered an independent contractor and not an employee. the school is investigating missing tickets and cash at an extracurricular event. i was just a "mom" volunteer at this event, not a paid substitute.

You have two choices. You can get fired or quit for refusing or choose to take the tests.
Be aware that polygraphs are considered by many to be less than reliable, and failing a test could have bad consequences.
