Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
Found when i was looking for liens on-line I had a fifa instrument criminal lien in a place I have never been. What is that? I do not have any mortgages or ever applied for one.

There is no such thing as a "fifa instrument criminal lien." Nor, in most Georgia counties, are fifas and liens searchable online. Nor do fifas and liens usually have anything to do with criminal law, which is the topic you posted in. And you certainly can have a recorded fi fa without a mortgage. So none of your post makes any sense at all.
