Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia

I just found out 6 months ago that i have a warrant out for my arrest in a county i have never driven through, at a time when i was living in the state of Georgia (the warrant is out of Florida) I had lost my old Florida license and i am pretty sure someone used it, got pulled over for an expired license, and now has a warrant for a failure to appear. How do i prove that this is NOT me!! I tried going to Cobb county police in georgia, and they wanted to arrest me because of the warrant, i went down to Inverness, FL to get a copy of the ticket, the signature isnt even close, the car is one i have never owned, and they also wanted to arrest me.

I have been told to turn myself in, but i cant see myself doing that for a warrant that isnt even mine. I cant pass a background check to get a decent job, because this warrant is out there. I need SOMEONE to tell me how to go about fixing this, please!!!!
