Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
I just found out my 17 year old son got his 15 year old girlfriend pregnant. Does he need to worry about any type of legal charges.

Yes. 15 year olds cannot consent to sex. He can be charged with statuatory rape and go to jail. He may become unemployable for life. And on top of that he is going to owe 18 years of child support. Get him the best lawyer you can afford, immediately. Good luck!
