Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
fraud
I thought I was working an online job so the company credited my bank acct 9,427 and I withdrew the money and had to send it to their client that night I got a call from the bank saying it was fraudulent the ACH credit was fraudulent. I have police report and documents from the company that I thought I was working for. How long will I have to pay back the bank? Will they press charges? Can I just start paying them like 200 a month and if they take it can they change their mind on the amount if they already accepted the 200 amt?
