Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia

fraud

I thought I was working an online job so the company credited my bank acct 9,427 and I withdrew the money and had to send it to their client that night I got a call from the bank saying it was fraudulent the ACH credit was fraudulent. I have police report and documents from the company that I thought I was working for. How long will I have to pay back the bank? Will they press charges? Can I just start paying them like 200 a month and if they take it can they change their mind on the amount if they already accepted the 200 amt?

The fraud that the bank is alleging happened can still be charged as a crime even if you pay it back. You need a concrete deal in place. To speak with an experienced fraud attorney contact us directly or visit our website at www.federalcriminallawcenter.com.
