Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
Frequentling a Drug House
On serveral occasions I visited a friend who livews in a boarding house. The house has a number of residents (varies from 6 to 10) who share common areas, e.g., kitchen, living room, rec room. Some if these residents use drugs and may be involved in other drug activities... I'm not sure. The police made stops there on 2 occasions (approximately) about noise and other reasons. But the home has not been raided for drugs as far as I know.
Can or will the police likely call me for questioning if the home is raided in the future? I've discontinue my visits there and plan never to return.

It is possible but very unlikely.
