Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
My friend got arrested and was charged with theft by receiving stolen property (felony) which was a firearm and possession of marijuana (misdemeanor) he also got charged for violation of probation (felony) and has no bail what will he most likely be sentenced with? Is it possible for him to get bail after court?

With just the crumbs you posted, your friend could get the remainder of his original probation time in jail and the max on his new felony case unless he hires a criminal defense attorney in the Cherokee County and/or metro-Atlanta areas who can look into all of the facts and give him much better advice
