Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
Friend A is way behind on her car payments and is currently hiding her car from the repo-man. She lent her car to friend B to make it harfer to find. If Friend B is caught driving the car, can they get into any legal trouble?

Not unless B has done something illegal and just hiding from the repo man is not illegal.
