Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
My friend went to jail and let me pick up her car, she told me to sell it to get her bail money up, now she's saying that she didn't give me permission to do that.... can I get in trouble... the car has been scrapped. what should I do?

Get a good lawyer. To sell someone else's car you needed a written power of attorney. Without that you committed a serious felony. How did you sell it without a title?
