Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
Hi. A friend of mine who is of age got arrested for disorderly conduct with something to do with alcohol. She was sentenced to 6 months in a rehab and has to return to court to face another charge because after being arrested she kicked the back seat side window and broke it. She was charged with destruction of federal property and is curious as to what she could be charged with when she goes back to court??
