Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
A friend of mine is in one county jail serving 90 days for a Violation of Probation. He also has a pending VOP in a neighboring county. The neighboring county said they will not be picking him up until he serves the 90 days. Is there anything he can file Pro Se to ask the judge to have him transported before the end of his current sentence?

He is free to file whatever he wants. Whether any judge will respond favorably is another matter. Consult with a local attorney
