Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
My friend and i got pulled over in my car.he went to jail for possession of maryjuana under an ounce.its his fourth possession under an ounce.can i go claim the maryjuana?would they drop his possession charge and just give it to me even though it was in his pocket?it there a posability that we somehow both end up charged?

Police are not going to give you his marijuana. And when you show up, you probably end up in jail, lose your license for a year and get a big fine. You probably also get charged with a false police report.
