Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
My friend is being sentenced Mon. on a possesion with intent to manufacture. He has a bone disease and has has to have numerous hip replacement surgeries. He is 36 and is very limited to what he can do. He cant even bend enough to put his socks on. Is it likely the judge would send him to prison? He has never been arrested. I'm not sure they could or would accomodate his disabilities. I appreciate your advice.

Hopefully he has a lawyer. He needs that more than anything.
If he is guilty of that offense, he is likely to serve a long time in prison. You have not given enough facts to really answer you.

You don't need advice. You need patience. You will see what will happen on Monday.
