Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
I do not have the funds to hire a lawyer at this time, on a fixed income. this is not for me but for my son i wish to move back to Georgia with my husband and family in the future but don't want to if my son cannot come i am not sure of what they maid him sign all i know is that they said don't come back and if he had to travel to a state that causes him to go through Ga that he had better go around Ga to get there thank you so much like i said this happened when he was about 16 or 17 he is now32

You are asking for lawyers here to guess what happened with your son. That won't help you. He should know what he signed. If he does not, he (or someone) can do the legwork to see what the actual facts are. When you know the facts, you can ask a meaningful question and get a better response.
