Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
It seems to me that (Ga V ) Eric Schmidt was questioned illegally, my friend had a similar situation and he's not to bright. He kept telling the police he really didn't understand his rights but they kept on explaining until my friend finally gave up and said he understood.

Is your friend over the age of 18? Does your friend speak English? Does your friend have a driver's license? Does your friend hold a job? Does your friend live on his own? Does your friend have parents that treat him like an adult? Then he is an adult, and expected to understand what police are telling him IF questioned. Good luck.
