Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
Can a Georgian landowner sell a single Plat of land as 2 lots, to 2 families. Not recorded as 2lots, just 1 play. Buyers (as per contract) share water line and driveway, no clear boundary. Water line supply is outlawed polybutylene and owner knew prior to sale. Should we press charges for fraud?
