Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
My granddaughter was attacked at school by four girls. We later learned that this was a planned attack, she suffered injuries, how and where do we file charges. The officer at the school refuses to sign the disciplinary slip.

People can't file criminal cases. Only the state can. You should have already called the police and made a report. It's up to police and prosecutors what to do. Talk to the DA if the police are slow to act.
