Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
Grounds for indictment!
I was bailed out by the D.A. for non bailable charges. With 10+ witnesses on my behalf. A month later I was indicted by the grand jury for a different time and date of the same crime. I was not questioned or given the opportunity to defend myself for the acquisations. Can I be indicted for this when the time and date are different from my orginal arrest that I was bonded out?
