Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
If a group of kids are accused of entering an auto and two are 16 years old and one is 17 years old, will they be treated the same? Stolen items were found at the home of one of the 16 year olds. The other kids (16 and 17) both say they only opened the door of a car which had no items stolen from it.

Your question is not clear at all, and criminal cases are not resolved from a couple sentences (and only one side of the story). The people arrested need lawyers.
