Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
Guilty Plea
Is there a way to get a felony guilty plea removed from ones record? Or any way to get it expunged or get a trial to set things right?

Re: Guilty Plea
Unfortunately, Iowa has no provision for expungment of criminal records except in very limited circumstances. If you had been granted a deferred judgment and successfully completed probation, adjudication is deferred and you can truthfully say you were never convicted of the crime in question. However you do not indicate that that is the case.
You can petition the governor for a pardon.
