Harassment ,trespass , forced entry

My ex-wife (divorced 4 yrs) has been told not to call me at work , and to stay off my property. On May 3 she called my job 3 times,Causing trouble with my boss. Is this considered harassment? Same day , while I was at work she crossed over onto my property (criminal trespassing?).She then proceded to open my door which was locked(forced entry). My son was a witness to this. She was not invited in nor did he let her in.Would warrants be advisible?

Re: Harassment ,trespass , forced entry

I would recommend you seek the advice of counsel and plan to spend some time with him discussing the details of your former marriage and the current set or circumstances as it relates to your ongoing relationship or need for ongoing relationship with her.

Every right to act does not demand that you act. Sometimes to do so ends up making matters worse, rather than better. I feel you will have to ultimately make a judgment call and I recommend you get all the advice you can prior to making the hard choice.

Good Luck,
