Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
Hello,I have a dear friend who has completed his sentence in prison.He has been at the halfway house now for 18 months.He is seeing people leave that have not met the stipulations that he has.He has a full time job that he started a couple of days after being moved to the center as well as no trouble at all.What do we do to get him home ?

Every person in the half-way house will have a different situation and therefore different terms and conditions for release. Your dear friend needs to continue to abide by the terms of his release to the halfway house. Consulting a Georgia criminal defense attorney wouldn't be a bad idea either.
