Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
Hi....An acquaintance transported my husband who is disabled and severely depressed to the airport and put him on a plane to UK. He had only $40 on his person . I later discovered he had slept in the airport and was taken to a homeless shelter. Beyond that I have not been able to locate him. What legal grounds do I have against this person?

All you tell us is someone took your husband to the airport. Was he kidnapped or taken against his will? Is he under a guardianship or conservatorship? Why the UK? I am sure it is a stressful situation but there is certainly far more to the story, and it would take more facts to show someone has legal liability for taking an adult to the airport.
