Hit And Run
Is hit and run a felony and if convicted guilty - what kind of time am I looking at??

It depends upon the level of injury sustained by the person who was hit. If treated as a felony, the penalty is one to five years if you receive a time sentence. It is not a foregone conclusion that you will do time, but you really ought to be represented if you are charged with felony hit and run.
I would need to know much more about the facts and circumstances of this case to comment further.
