Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia

If I were to host an all inclusive boat excursion, into international waters, complete with dinner, open bar, entertainment and escorts, with the only exchange of funds being prior to boarding ostensibly to cover the cost of the excursion, would I or my escorts be subject to prosecution for prostitution?

If you're transporting people that way for sex, you probably violate federal sex trafficing laws and could spend a great deal of time in jail.

I don't understand the question. You are the host of an "all inclusive" (everything is included) boat trip that will involve sex, probably from prostitutes, and you are asking if you could be charged with a crime on a "free" website. You are stupid. International waters does change a damn thing, if it did I would take all stupid people to international waters and put a bullet in their heads and saunter back to the mainland. Does that sound right to you? If you intend to engage in criminal behavior. pay an attorney for a consult, because I guartee you law enforcement monitors this website the same way they monitor facebook. There is no confidentiality agreement. Criminals need to pay for their advice.
