Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
I had my house broken into ny a minor and another not minor and they stole 4 guns they caught the minor and i got 2 guns back but not the other guy .the minor is someone my son knew and was the one that took the other guy to my house to rob. Can i sue the minors mother for still missing guns value?

Possibly, if you can prove the theft in civil court. Your legal fees would exceed the cost of most mirrors. Why not let your homeowner's insurance pay you (and they do the suing)? That is the whole reason you buy insurance.
