My husband got charged with theft by taking and its his first time ever in trouble. How long can investigators prolong someone getting a bond? And do you think he will do serious time for this?

The investigator does not prolong anything. The defense attorney either files for the bond motion, or not. See website for info on retaining the right attorney: http://www.lawrencelewispc.com/pages.php?go=pinfo&PID=38
