Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia

My husband was fasely arrested and had a warrant on him issued based on false accusation and misinformation. His cousin was caught shoplifting, gave my husbands information, and fled. The judge issued a warrant without any evidance, and without running a photo of my husband to see if it matched the person who was actually on film shoplifting. THe problem has been resolved, and the right person arrested, but we are outraged at our county's government. What course can we take?

If the arrest was based on false accusations and misinformation, you need to look to the people who provided it and not the government (which will get you nowhere).
