Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
My husband and I went to his parents church Sunday to talk to them about issues that was taking place with the family. We waited for them to come outside and they never came out yet they sent out over 25 church member running towards us. Pushing and shoving began to take place and the church security pulled their guns out and pointed at my son and threatened to kill him. After it all ended my husband and I decided to leave. After leaving we called the police and filled a report and found out that they falsely accused my husband of hitting his dad. What legal steps should we take.
