Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
My husband recently tried to get his lisence in georgia. he passed but the dmv couldnt issue th lisence to him because someone in Pennsylvania with his name hass a drug charge and has their lisence suspended...long story short the fraud dpt of Pennsylvania and the ndr did an investigation only to show that they think that my husband and the other man are the same person because they have the same name and birthdate...he sent all his proof of identity and yet they didnt do @n in depth investigation...my husband has never been in Pennsylvania...my question is what is the next step for us we dont know what else to do
