Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
my husband sold a pawn shop some copies of coins with the word copy in plain sight on the coin.now they are wanting to sue him for theft by deception saying he told them they were real.when they got mad because he would not return their money they posted his driver license on their front window saying he was selling fake coins.we took a warrant for this on them and just had lawyer for them call and tell us to drop it or he will sue for theft by deception.can he do this.he never said the coins were real.

You "took out a warrant" for what? I suggest you get a lawyer before you get into trouble, and to advise you on the dispute.
