Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
My husband has a warrant for Theft by taking of over 500 dollars, it was taken out for a car that was being repossessed. The car has now been returned and I was told that the warrant should be dropped and it hasn't. When my husband goes to court what will happen? Will he still get jail time or will it just be dropped because it property was returned?
