Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
I have a new idea for a business, but it involves the detection of narcotics on private property using detection dogs. What are the legal requirements for reporting detections? If I do not handle or test any found substance, am I still required under law to report findings or can I simply inform the client of the detection and offer guidance as to what to do with the issue?

I suspect there is a very high likelihood that your efforts to conceal results from law enforcement would eventually land you in prison. You'd be walking a very dangerous tightrope.
