ijust recently caught caught stealing a pack of ciggs but not intentionally, my first offence n newnan georgia, what am i facing without a lawyer

It would be a huge mistake not to hire a lawyer.

You probably will noy only see a fine or jail, but you will carry a criminal record for life, which will affect you in many ways, including getting a job.

Get a lawyer and your chances of pretrial diversion or other better results increase although there is no way to guarantee results.
