Illegal search
Is having an open container(sparks energy and malt liquor drink) in plain view give a drug task force officer consent to do a complete vehicle and body search(the officer spreaded my butt cheeks and lifted my nuts looking for drugs)????keep in mind he ask for consent to search, I said no so he pulled me out the car cuffed me proceeded to search the car while another officer searched me.
