Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia

I get incarcerated, and the original owner, whom in which I had just purchased t

I had just purchased a car from this young man, and ended up going to jail

shortly after I had bought the car. While I'm in jail he comes and picks up the

car from the location in which I was arrested. He then files for a lost or stolen

title and reclaimes the car. What can I do?

I can not determine from the facts if you had paid for the car or not. It is not clear why he had to obtain a title certificate. With more information, I can offer you some advice.
