Is it illedgal to send someone a sexual picture to someone who does not want to received it? If I have a terrist threat report done in one state (GA) but the person I am reporting lives in SC what else can I do to protect myself and my child?

It can be illegal to send a sexual picture to a minor under the age of 16, or if the sexual picture depicts a minor. You can obtain a temporary restraining order to thwart further unwanted contact.
