Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
In an investigation report, If a person was reported as offender, reported person and a suspect for a simple-assualt/battery case without any pressing charges, arrest, warrant. The police stated the case was cleared, when i called them. I saw the case online,as the status is mentioned as exceptionally. even the victim didn't press any charges.will the state(GA) should prosecute the case.will the person stated as offender will face any problems in the future, regarding employment background check, (or) green card process. when i called the police ,they told me this case doesn't goes to any criminal record. But, i am confused if there will be any problems in the future. the person is non-citizen. if the person go back to india, will he face any immigration issues. regarding this case. can anyone please help me?

You are asking for a guess about what might happen in the future or what "problems" might come up. If the person has specific immigration questions, he can ask his immigration lawyer.
what might happen in the future, based on what? I cannot make heads or tails of the question. while I understand English may be your second language, the question/comment has no logically direction. I can answer almost any question, but I cannot even guess what you are really asking here. Contact me via my website, and we can schedule a consult: www.lawrencelewispc.com
