Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
Investigator Phone Call - want me to visit
Got a call from an investigator claiming someone said I could have been the one to steal a toolbox. I don't even use tools. He wants me to come in to talk and I do NOT trust him for some reason. He couldn't even talk about it over the phone. I refused to come in, it's just dumb and I am innocent. Any reprocusions for my refusal?
