if i went to jail for 14hours never been arrested in my life. How do i have that arrest sponge?

I imagine you mean expunged, and whether you can depends a great deal on the case disposition. So get a good lawyer BEFORE you go to court and talk this over with him.

You get the case dismissed, then you ask for an expungement. If you don't get the case dismissed, then there will be no expungement.
