It depends on the length of your probation and what the Judge feels appropriate and is something where you definitely want to have a lawyer.

It depends on a number of things: (1) Did you plead first offender when you were sentenced to the probation (then you have the possibility of the remainder of the maximum sentence); (2) Was it a special condition of probation (then you have the remainder of probation the judge can revoke); (3) Was the original offense a felony, without a special condition (then you can receive up to two years on the "technical" violation.
