Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
In June 2009 I was arrested for having a rough argument with my ex-girlfriend. Things got out of hand and so I pushed her and she suffered some minor injuries. She called the police and I was taken away but she did not press charges and I was free to go. My question is whether I am still guilty of a crime and whether I have a criminal record because during my stay at the police I had pictures and fingerprints taken. If I do have a criminal record indeed, is there any way that it can be "deleted"?

You didn't say if you were actually charged, so there's no way to answer you.
