Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
Is it against the law in Georgia for someone to get into your facebook account and pretend to be you and saybad things and untrue things about you. Tell strangers that you will have sex with them, etc.?

Yes, absolutely. However, I have a few questions: (1) How will you prove someone hacked your Facebook account; (2) How will you prove who hacked your Facebook account; and (3) What type of bad things would a person pretending to be you say about himself or herself. I wish you the best of luck.
