Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
Has there been some law passed recently which allows for early release from a five year sentence for a non-violent federal offense for someone who has served in the arrmed forces or for elderly??? My father is in a federal prison camp for a five year sentense - very wrongly accused. He has served 1 and 1/2 years already.

I am unaware of any such law. If he has been sentenced, then he has been wrongly convicted, not just accused.
