Are there laws in Georgia concerning disclosure of criminal history on job applications...eg length of time since arrest or no conviction.

When applying for employment, you are required ti sign applicatio contains a provision by which your prospective employer obtains your criminal background (usually 7 to 10 years, but could be longer)
